The Shift Series: Manage Your Thoughts is a biweekly mental wellness group designed to help you understand, challenge, and shift your thought patterns—while actively practicing those changes in your body.
Most people learn tools… but struggle to apply them.
This series bridges that gap.

Biweekly Core Sessions (Manage Your Thoughts)
Learn practical strategies to understand and shift your thinking patterns.
Somatic Integration Classes (In Between Sessions)
Includes Mindful Yin Yoga and Rest & Recharge to help your body integrate and practice what you’re learning.

This structure allows you to not just understand change—but experience it in real time.
