All college students and professors from AAF’s Tenth District comprising Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas are invited to participate and learn from professionals from prominent agencies and brands.

All sessions, unless otherwise noted, will be held at the Houston Chronicle building. We would like to thank The Chronicle for their continued support of this program.

Parking Information

Judging will be at The DoubleTree hotel on Friday evening. Parking for that time will be as follows:

• Event Self-Parking - $12.00 per car
• Event Valet Parking - $15.00 per car

If you are staying at the hotel, parking cost is:

• Overnight Self-Parking - $15.00 per night per car (discounted from $30/night/car)

Hotel Rooms

A block of rooms will be available at the DoubleTree Greenway Plaza for conference participants. Guest have a choice of a room with (2) queen beds or (1) king bed.

The Doubletree has a complimentary shuttle for guests to take them to destinations up to three miles from the hotel.
