Just bring yourself and an open heart. You may want to bring a light layer as the church can be cool inside.

What should I expect at the event?

The evening will include a live kirtan concert by Chandrika Tandon followed by a talk and guided meditation by Didi Krishna.

Do I need any prior meditation experience?

Not at all! The meditation is beginner-friendly and open to everyone regardless of background or experience.
