INNERSONIC is a guided journey into threshold states using sound, energy, and consciousness. It draws from sound healing, neuroscience, shamanism, and traditional Tantric philosophy to create an experience that is both deeply somatic and profoundly transcendent.

❖ FREQUENTLY REPORTED EXPERIENCES✧ SOMATIC Sensations: Tingling, vibration, heat and coolness, waves of energy, floating, synesthesia Spontaneous Movement: Shaking, arching, swaying, hand mudras❝ felt waves of energy coming down through the top of my head. ❝ My body was shaking on its own. I felt some heaviness leave. ❝ At first I focused on the music, but then it felt like I was inside the music, like I was part of it.✧ EMOTIONAL Feelings: Awe, bliss, peace, gratitude, heart-opening Pendulation: contraction and expansion, discomfort and comfort (for nervous system regulation) Release: Crying, laughing, vocalizing❝ It felt like a mix of deep calm, emotional release, and something beyond normal perception. ❝ Some part of the music was bringing up frustration, and then other parts felt like I was floating away. The music provokes things. ❝ The journey was beautiful… and intense in the best way.✧ MENTAL Altered States: Heightened awareness, clarity, increased intuition, ego dissolution, out-of-body experiences Cognitive: Memories, profound insights, perceptual shifts, pattern recognition, intuitive “knowing” Hypnagogic Phenomena: “Glossy” or dreamlike perception, time distortion, visions, vivid imagery, lights and colors❝ It was deeply relaxing, but at times I felt like I was transcending into another level of awareness. ❝ I felt like I was on a trip, in space. ❝ You leave your body.✧ ENERGETIC Subtle Phenomenon: Mystical experiences, energetic re-patterning, sensed presences, archetypal or symbolic encounters, visitations Group Resonance: Shared visuals or sensations; synchronized movement and experiences❝ I felt the presence of my guides and saw their silhouettes. ❝ I heard you walking [next to me], but then I realized, ‘She’s not here.’ In response: ❝ I experienced it too.
