A 2-day leadership intensive equipping new managers with practical tools, confidence, and skills to lead effectively from day one.

This is a 2-day training hosted at The Collective in Annapolis - starting at 9am and ending at 4pm on both days.

Stepping into a leadership role is one of the most challenging transitions in a professional career. High-performing employees are often promoted because of their individual success, yet are expected to lead people, delegate effectively, and navigate complex conversations without formal training. This gap can lead to frustration, burnout, and underperformance—for both the leader and their team.

This 2-day in-person intensive is designed to close that gap. Participants will build the mindset, skills, and practical tools needed to lead with confidence from day one.
