Do you want to learn more about your new e-bike? Join us to learn the rules of the road, e-bike handling skills and how to be safe!

Helms Design District

This in-person workshop is targeted for e-bike riders of all levels. You will learn the rules of the road, bike etiquette, e-bike handling skills and more. The workshop features in-class and on bike portions and a short group ride to pull it all into focus! This workshop is meant for riders of all levels, whether you are a seasoned commuter looking to know best practices, a parent looking for rules of the road to safely roll your kids to school or teens to understand traffic safety essentials and what is legal - or not. E-bike and non E-bike riders welcome.When: Saturday, May 9, 2026Agenda:<ul><li>10:00 AM - 10:45 AM: In-Class Instruction</li><li>10:45 AM - 10:50 AM: Break</li><li>10:50 AM - 11:20 AM: On-Bike Drills</li><li>11:30 AM - 12:15 PM: Bike Ride</li><li>12:15 AM - 12:30 PM: Closing</li></ul>Meet at: Helms Design District; 8800 Venice Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90034. We're meeting under the Helms sign.What to Bring: Wear comfortable clothing, including closed toed shoes, hat, water, snacks and sunscreen.Registration is free and each participant must register separately.Each participant will receive a free phone holder and water bottle
