PMST Spring Youth Camp
Calling all youth athletes! If you're serious about getting faster, stronger, and more confident in the field, this is for YOU.
We're bringing high level coaching to the next generation.
Our day camp provides youth athletes with a fun and engaging environment to increase their athletic performance and body mechanics.
🎉 It's that time again parents! This Spring Season, keep your young athletes active with our youth performance camp.
⚾ WHEN (April 25th )
Ages 6-11 group: 12PM-1PM
Ages 12-17 group: 1:30PM-2:30PM
* Please note, event lists the event as a whole runs 2.5 hours, however, it is broken up by age group and each group will run for approx. 1 hour.
⚽ WHAT TO EXPECT
Please Note: While our camps are a ton of fun (the kid's words, not ours), this camp is intended to be challenging. Your athlete will be pushed to hustle and improve.

🥎 WHO
Regardless of sport, all athletes ages 6-17 are invited to participate.
🏀 TRAINERS
Conducted in coordination with our Doctors of Physical Therapy, this camp is led by the same awesome performance trainers that work with our NFL, MLB, MLS, NCAA athletes.
🏉 COST
- ONLY $25 per athlete!
This camp will be capped at 25 athletes per group to ensure the kids get the individual attention they need - so be sure to register your youth athletes before spots runout!
