Slow Down: Self-Care Experience is a guided wellness event designed to help you release stress, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself.

What to Expect

You will rotate through three intentional rooms, each designed to support a different part of your healing journey:

💕西 Healing Circle (Release)
A safe space to express, reflect, and let go of what you’ve been carrying.

🧠 Affirmation + Guided Meditation (Reprogram)
Calm your mind, reset your thoughts, and reconnect with your inner peace.

🤫 Silent Room (Reset)
A quiet, no-pressure space to rest, breathe, and simply be.


Why You Should Attend

  • You feel overwhelmed, stressed, or mentally drained
  • You struggle to slow down and rest
  • You need a safe space to release emotions
  • You want to reconnect with yourself and feel grounded again
