How to work with your parts — not against them — when pursuing meaningful goals.
Whenever we set out to pursue a goal that truly matters to us, something remarkable happens inside. Different parts of us wake up. A visionary part that feels excited. A critical part that questions whether we're good enough. A part that feels afraid. A part that wants to protect us from disappointment.
The more meaningful the goal, the louder these inner voices become. And because so many different parts come alive at once, we often end up in inner conflict — or quietly sabotaging the very thing we care about most.

This is not another mindset workshop. It's not coaching for faster goal achievement. It's not therapy, and it's not a strategy session.
It's about meeting the parts inside of you that shape your journey — getting to know them, connecting with them, and learning how to bring them into your system instead of fighting against them.
Because the way you relate to your inner world changes everything about how you pursue what matters to you.

- Connect with them, listen to what they carry, and begin to bring them into relationship with each other
- Work in pairs, small groups and the full circle — because these parts often become most visible in contact with others
The group is not a backdrop. It's an essential part of the experience.

His work draws from years of practice in meditation, somatic work, personal development and inner transformation. Arrive, settle in and get to know the other participants.

Doors close & Opening
We begin the workshop together with nervous system grounding and a shared arrival into the space. This part helps everyone slow down, settle and come into greater presence.

Main Part 1
The first part of the workshop focuses on arrival, connection and orientation. We begin exploring the core ideas behind Embodied Self-Leadership and create a shared foundation through reflection, group process and embodied exercises.
