Session Structure:
Part 1: Group Discussion & Operational Evaluation: (40 minutes) A facilitated discussion that examines operational performance at a broader level; not just individual workflows but the interconnected systems, processes, and leadership decisions that determine organizational outcomes. You'll uncover your highest-impact inefficiencies and examine where strategic decisions are being made reactively rather than intentionally.
Part 2: Systems Evaluation: (20 minutes) You'll complete a structured systems-level assessment that examines how effectively your current environment converts effort into outcomes. Results identify the primary efficiency lever and determine your personalized deep-dive in Part 3.
Part 3: Personalized Deep-Dive: (60 minutes) Based on evaluation results, you'll be directed into one of three tracks:

  • Strategic Leadership For those whose evaluation reveals that operational inefficiency is rooted in leadership and decision-making patterns rather than tools or processes. A strategic leadership framework for making higher-quality decisions, faster, with greater organizational alignment.
  • Identifying Bottlenecks in Business Processes For those whose evaluation reveals that specific, identifiable constraints are limiting throughput and performance. A structured methodology for locating, diagnosing, and eliminating the bottlenecks that silently limit organizational output.
  • Analyze, Map & Automate Recurring Tasks For those whose evaluation reveals significant time and energy being consumed by recurring tasks that could be systematized or automated. A practical process for task analysis, workflow mapping, and intelligent automation.

Who this session is for: Leaders, managers, business owners, and senior professionals who are responsible for organizational or team performance; and who are ready to operate at a strategic level rather than just a tactical one.

About the speaker: Jenkins Ebiware Jr is a Chief Architect with Malkant Group, and architect of the Samex Methodology; a proprietary instructional design framework built through 8 years of consulting work across industries. Through his work, Jenkins leads an ongoing practitioner program in workplace readiness and professional excellence.
