The identity & presence session.
Leadership isn't a title. It's a daily practice; and most people were never taught how to practice it. This session builds the foundational leadership identity that determines how you show up as a professional, how you're perceived, and how effectively you influence the people and environments around them.

Session Structure:
Part 1 : Group Discussion: (40 minutes) A facilitated exploration of what leadership actually means in everyday professional life; not in theory, but in the specific context of your role and environment. Common leadership myths are examined, personal leadership stories are shared, and you'll join the group in building a grounded, practical definition of what everyday leadership looks like for you.
Part 2: Leadership Evaluation: (20 minutes) You'll complete a structured leadership self-assessment that identifies your current leadership strengths, growth edges, and the specific area most likely to unlock your next level of professional presence. Results determine your personalized deep-dive in Part 3.
Part 3: Personalized Deep-Dive: (60 minutes) Based on the evaluation results, you'll be directed into one of three tracks:
- Emotional Intelligence: For those whose evaluation reveals that how they read and respond to people; including themselves; is the primary lever for your leadership growth. Practical frameworks for self-awareness, empathy, and emotionally intelligent communication.
- Overcoming Imposter Syndrome: For those whose evaluation reveals that self-doubt, comparison, or an inability to internalize their own competence is limiting your leadership presence. Evidence-based strategies for building genuine professional confidence.
- Build Your Authentic Self: For those whose evaluation reveals a gap between who you are and how your show up professionally. A values-driven process for aligning personal identity with professional presence.
