This Circle brings clinicians together for an honest, case-based discussion on one of the most common yet complex decisions in dentistry: endodontic treatment vs. extraction. Beyond textbook indications, real-world decisions are influenced by biology, restorability, patient expectations, long-term prognosis, and even our own experiences and biases.

Through interactive discussion of actual cases, participants will explore how to evaluate each scenario critically, identifying when endodontic therapy offers predictable success and when extraction may be the more appropriate path.
