Ho'oponopono: Art + Meditation [Special Makerspace Event]

Swing by the Makerspace at 2:30 pm for an “Art & Meditation” experience inspired by Ho’oponopono, a Hawaiian practice of inner reconciliation. 🌺

First we'll draw or color small “conflict resolution” cards (no art skills needed). Then, we’ll do a guided meditation together while tapping on the cards, followed by a brief discussion.

This practice calms the nervous system and can change your perspective on any conflict. Take the cards with you for your personal practice.
