Is admission really free?

Yes! Wednesday night shows are free to attend. Guests who RSVP through Eventbrite by claiming a free ticket will be entered to win a t-shirt, concert tickets, or other prizes to be given away during the show.

How do reserved tables work?

Tables must be purchased before the show and are assigned in the order they are purchased.

Can I request a certain table?

If you have a seating preference, or if you would like the same table throughout the season, email info@emeraldsparkevents.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I sit at a table without buying one?

Table seating is not guaranteed without a table purchase. Any tables that remain unsold may be opened up first come, first served for general admission guests.

Will there still be seating if I do not reserve a table?

Yes. Additional chairs are provided for general admission guests.

Can I bring my own chair?

Yes. Chairs are provided, and you are also welcome to bring your own camping chair.

Yes. Food trucks will be on site, and bar concessions are provided by Emerald of Siam.

Bar purchases require tokens - "Emerald Coin"- which are available for purchase on site.

All table purchases are refundable, up to 7 days before the event.

Can I book a hotel room with my ticket or table?

Yes. Hotel rooms may be available as an add-on through ticket sales. Rooms are at Clover Island Inn, adjacent to the venue.

How does hotel check-in work?

Your name will be associated with your room at least 24 hours before your check-in date. You will need to present a valid ID and a credit card for incidentals at check-in.

Question 13

What if hotel rates change after I book?

Accepted Answer

Once your booking is confirmed, there are no rate adjustments. If hotel rates go down later, no refund or credit will be issued for the difference. If rates go up, your booked rate will remain the same.
