For more than twenty-five years, Dr. Stephen Daniel Arnoff has explored the spiritual depths of Bob Dylan’s music with audiences as varied as rabbis and rock stars, priests and scholars, writers and seekers. His book About Man and God and Law: The Spiritual Wisdom of Bob Dylan has been praised as “evocative,” “soulful,” “stirring,” and “a revelation.” Joined by an all-star ensemble of Bay Area musicians, Arnoff weaves live performance with insight and storytelling to create an immersive musical journey through Dylan’s evolving spiritual voice. The evening explores themes of faith, doubt, revelation, and moral responsibility, heard through a lens of sacred text, prophetic imagination, and the enduring search for meaning.

The band features Stephen Daniel Arnoff on vocals, Fred Ross-Perry on guitar, Dan Feiszli on bass, and Mike Spinrad on drums and percussion.

Dr. Stephen Daniel Arnoff is the CEO of the Fuchsberg Jerusalem Center and has served in senior leadership roles at the 92nd Street Y, the 14th Street Y, Shalem College, and the JCC Association. Holding a doctorate in Midrash and Scriptural Interpretation from the Jewish Theological Seminary of America as a Wexner Graduate Fellow, Stephen teaches and lectures at synagogues, conferences, community centers, universities, and private and corporate convenings around the world, specializing in the nexus of religion, spirituality, identity, and culture.
