Back for its twelfth installment, Vinyl Sessions invites a new guest chef each month to collaborate with our culinary team for an intimate, one-night-only experience in our private dining room. This June, we’re proud to host Chef Keisa Calloway, who will present a summer vegan menu.
Chef Keisa “K.C.” Calloway, also known as Vintage Vegan, is the creative force behind THICK Vegan cuisine. With a deep passion for both food and fashion, she views each as a powerful form of self-expression and creativity. Rather than promoting veganism, Chef Calloway celebrates it—bringing a vibrant, approachable perspective that invites others to explore a more conscious and sustainable lifestyle without sacrificing flavor or personal style.
Through her work, she pairs thoughtful, accessible information with dishes that are both nourishing and indulgent, encouraging a balanced approach to health and sustainability. When she’s not developing new creations for THICK Vegan, she is on a continuous journey to discover standout vegan cuisine and one-of-a-kind pre-loved fashion finds.
