what to eat, what to cut out, what’s “healthy”… and it can feel overwhelming.
This workshop is about bringing it all back to simple, realistic basics
so you can understand your body, support your gut, and actually feel better day to day.
In this 3-hour workshop,
we’ll cover:
• The different food groups and how they support your body
• Understanding your gut (and why it’s like a garden 🌱)
• Why “eating healthy” isn’t always enough for gut health
• Simple ways to improve your energy through food
• What your digestion is telling you (yes… we’ll talk about poop 💩)
This isn’t about strict plans or cutting everything out.
It’s about learning how to fuel your body in a way that works for your life.
What’s included:
• A guided workbook session (workbooks designed by me)
• A gentle movement & stretching session
• 15 minutes of guided meditation under a cosy blanket
• Time to reflect and reset
• A calming, candle-lit space to slow down
• Tea & coffee provided
