Join Laws Whiskey House for a special Whiskey Wednesday in collaboration with the Rye Resurgence Project. An initiative dedicated to revitalizing rye farming in Colorado’s San Luis Valley.

This intimate, educational tasting will explore the mission behind Rye Resurgence and the critical role rye plays in supporting water conservation, soil health, and economic viability for local farming communities.

Guests will taste through a lineup of Laws rye expressions, all crafted with rye grown by the Cody Family in the San Luis Valley. Featured pours include the 2025 Headwaters Release, dedicated to the Rio Grande, and our newest release, Bonded 10-Year San Luis Valley Rye. A portion of Headwaters bottle proceeds supports regional water conservation efforts.

Throughout the evening, guests will:

• Hear directly from Rye Resurgence partners about their work and impact
• Learn what makes San Luis Valley rye unique in both flavor and agriculture
• Discover additional Rye Resurgence collaborators and initiatives

10% of all ticket sales from this event will be donated directly to the Rye Resurgence Project, supporting their ongoing work in the San Luis Valley.
