A tranquil yoga-inspired practice of intention infusing music, movement & mindfulness cultivating love, peace & purpose from the inside out.

You're invited to a tranquil evening at the beautiful Botanic Garden at Historic Barns Park. We will celebrate the emergence of spring through gratitude as we gather as a community moving with gentility and mindfulness while cultivating a sense of Soul Stirring Serenity enhanced by Sacred Soundscapes guided by Crystal Woodward-Turner.Together, we'll engage in a healing practice of introspection, reflection and peace propelling us towards self-mastery with grace and grit. We'll sow the seeds of intention through a hands on seed sowing project further connecting our practice to nature. This evening is designed to invigorate the mind and body as we soulfully connect and move in the realm of our authentic purpose with clarity and compassion grounded in hope, resilience, faith, and self-love.
