With each course, Chef Padilla will step out to share the inspiration and intention behind the dish, offering guests a direct window into his creative process.

The experience continues with a curated selection of wines from Casa Madero. A representative from the winery will guide guests through each pairing, explaining the character of the wines, the philosophy behind their production, and how each pour elevates the flavors of the menu. The evening becomes a dialogue between cuisine and wine, shaped by the experts who craft them.
