If something comes up and I can't attend can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Refunds honored up to 7 days before event. Tickets are transferable to another session/date  with at least 48 hours notice before event.

Question 2

What time should I arrive for my experience?

Accepted Answer

Before your experience, we are busy setting up, mopping, etc, so doors open 10 minutes before your scheduled experience.

Question 3

Can I bring my friends to watch me make wine?

Accepted Answer

Due to space restrictions, only registered/paid guests are allowed at the winemaking experience. We usually have a full house with no available/extra seats for lookie loos.

Question 4

Can my friend and I buy one winemaking experience and make wine together?

Accepted Answer

No. Each person registers and makes their own wine. "Going half" is not permitted.

Question 5

What do I need to know about parkin downtown Macon?

Accepted Answer

Metered parking on the street is $1 per hour with a 3 hour maximum. There is also ample parking in the parking garages. Please arrive early to secure parking.
