What is the event timing?

Guests will begin to check in at 10:30 AM by the red patio chairs, and we will depart for the urban walk promptly at 11:00 AM. Lunch will be served at 1:00 PM.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather. Bright, uplifting colors are encouraged to reflect the energy of the day!

What ages are welcome?

This retreat is designed for guests ages 10 and up who are comfortable with a self-paced 1.5-mile walk that includes slight inclines. Babies and toddlers who can remain in strollers are welcome to attend with a guardian and should remain under their supervision at all times.

Where should I park?

Free parking is available at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. Please allow a few extra minutes to park and walk to the meeting location before the event begins.

What else is there to do in Brookside?

Accepted Answer

Brookside is a vibrant neighborhood with plenty to explore. Guests are encouraged to visit the Brookside Farmers’ Market before the retreat begins and check in with the HJ Community Center for additional events happening that day.
