Guests will enjoy a curated oyster tasting, paired with wine while learning how this once-abundant delicacy fed our forefathers, soldiers, and citizens in colonial America. Learn how oysters, the original "street food" during the colonial period, shaped commerce, culture, and cuisine in the era of American independence.</p>
