What to wear/bring to the event

Attendees should wear comfortable attire and bring a yoga mat, water bottle, notepad, pen, blanket, bolster and an eye mask. For your convenience, eye masks and yoga mats will be available for purchase or rental at the venue.

Do you have to be religious?

Although many of our participants have some religious background and many churches allow us to use their spaces, this is not a religious event. This is for those who are pursuing holistic wellness.

What is sound healing and breath work?

Sound healing and breath work are forms of experiential therapy. Science shows that specific sound frequencies and breathing patterns can release stress, anxiety and even trauma from the body. We use those to heal our community.

Certainly. Our event is blessed to have a dedicated Board Certified Chaplain and spiritual leader who provide emotional support or spiritual guidance nurturing an environment of understanding and collaborative growth.
