On Saturday, May 31 at 4pm join us for an intimate solo piano concert by Thompson Egb-Egbo.

Thompson Egbo-EgboToronto-based musician and recording artist working across artist-led albums, premium global sync, and culturally rooted storytelling. Thompson Egbo-Egbo has multiple releases to date, including What Remains and A New Standard, establishing a body of work recognized for emotional clarity and cinematic scope. Alongside his artist catalog, he maintains ongoing commissioning relationships with Audio Network, contributing multiple releases in the Oddly Familiar series, and with Track Nine Projects, where Dinner Sessions Vol. I is available with additional volumes forthcoming. His work translates seamlessly between records, screen, and live contexts, balancing depth, restraint, and narrative strength. He is also the founder of the Thompson Egbo-Egbo Arts Foundation, advancing access to music education and culturally grounded artistic development.

Following up on last year’s inaugural weekend festival, JazzInToronto is excited to bring back its Community Celebration, May 29-30-31 at venues across the downtown core. The weekend will bring swing, soul and musical tributes to life across downtown, exposing the depth and diversity of Toronto’s talent pool.
