Studio Inspo is turning 5 🤍
For the past five years, our space has been about more than hair. It’s been about confidence, connection, and those small moments where you start to feel like yourself again.
To celebrate, we’re opening our doors for an intimate in-salon charity event in support of mental health.
This will be a curated, open-house style evening designed to feel warm, welcoming, and intentional. Bringing together our community to connect, unwind, and give back.
What to expect:
– Chair Massage services available
– Light bites & Refreshments
– A series of gentle 20-minute workshops exploring grounding, nervous system awareness, body connection, and self-awareness through movement, breath, sensory practices, and reflection.
-Special guests
– Raffle prizes plus a chance to win a 500$ Studio Inspo Gift Card
-Each ticket includes an entry into our raffles.
Proceeds from the event will go towards Ami Quebec, a non-profit organization that helps families manage the effects of mental illness through support, education, guidance, and advocacy.

Plus qu'une simple coiffure : Studio Inspo fête ses 5 ans
Depuis cinq ans, notre espace est bien plus qu'un salon de coiffure. C'est un lieu où l'on se sent bien dans sa peau, où l'on retrouve confiance en soi et où l'on tisse des liens.
Pour fêter cet anniversaire, nous vous invitons à un événement caritatif intimiste au sein même du salon, au profit de la santé mentale.
Cette soirée portes ouvertes, soigneusement organisée, se veut chaleureuse, accueillante et porteuse de sens. L'occasion de réunir notre communauté pour se connecter, se détendre et soutenir une cause.

– Un espace de partage et de réflexion
– Invités spéciaux

Les bénéfices de l'événement seront reversés à Ami Québec, un organisme sans but lucratif qui accompagne les familles confrontées aux conséquences de la maladie mentale grâce à du soutien, de l'information, des conseils et de la défense de leurs droits. Reconnecting With Your Body in a Busy World with Meaghan
Grounding & Nervous System Regulation A gentle experiential workshop exploring grounding, nervous system regulation, and reconnecting with the body through movement, breath, and sensory awareness. Participants will explore simple practices that support presence, self-awareness, and reconnection in the midst of stress, overstimulation, and busy daily life. Briefly participants will learn: ● what embodiment and nervous system regulation mean, ● how chronic stress can disconnect us from the body, ● and practical grounding tools to support presence and self-connection.

Listening to Your Body Without Judgment with Meaghan
Rebuilding Body Awareness & Interoception An experiential workshop exploring interoception (the practice of noticing internal sensations, emotions, and body signals with curiosity rather than judgment). Through guided awareness practices, participants will explore compassionate self-listening and rebuilding connection with their internal experience. Briefly participants will learn: ● how to notice internal sensations and body signals, ● the role of body awareness in emotional wellbeing, ● and how curiosity and self-compassion can support self-connection.

Small Practices for Self-Connection with Meaghan
Sensuality, Support & Everyday Embodiment A gentle embodiment workshop exploring self-connection through breath, sensory awareness, self-touch, and grounding practices. Participants are invited to explore comfort, pleasure, and presence through small sensory experiences that support nervous system wellbeing and everyday care. Briefly participants will learn: ● a grounded, accessible understanding of sensuality, ● how sensory experiences can support regulation and wellbeing, ● and small daily practices for comfort, grounding, and self-connection.
