A summer camp where fun and presence go hand in hand.

Be Here Now is a joyful, heart-centered experience designed to help kids slow down just enough to notice what’s happening inside and around them—while still fully enjoying the energy of summer.

Each day blends playful activities with simple mindfulness practices, creating a space where kids can feel grounded, expressive, and connected.

Throughout the week, campers will experience:

• Water games and outdoor play
• Creative crafts and journaling
• Drumming and singing bowls
• Mindful food preparation
• Friendship-building activities

Through gentle, age-appropriate practices, kids will learn how to:

• Notice and express their feelings
• Calm their bodies and minds
• Practice gratitude
• Connect with themselves and others

This camp is about building confidence, kindness, and self-awareness—not through pressure, but through play.
