Step Into Your Next Season, Mama is a guided reset designed specifically for women navigating motherhood—whether you’re in the thick of early years, juggling school schedules, or balancing kids with a demanding career.
This session will help you:
• Step out of survival mode—even just for a moment • Reflect on everything you’ve already done this year (yes, it counts) • Reset your energy without needing hours of free time • Find clarity in the middle of the chaos
You’ll be guided by Jessica Lim, Licensed Psychotherapist, who specializes in mindfulness and practical tools for real-life stress—especially for women carrying a lot mentally and emotionally.
Through guided mindfulness, breathwork, and a calming creative reflection exercise, you’ll reconnect with yourself—not as a mom, not as a partner, not as the one who holds it all—but as you.
Light, nourishing snacks will be provided. Because we know—you probably forgot to eat.
