Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Don't forget to bring water to stay hydrated and sunscreen if it's a sunny day.

YES! Gotham Park provides FREE wellness, movement, arts, cultural, environmental and enrichment programming to serve our entire community, no matter your means!  If you would like to contribute, we thank you very much!  We suggest a sliding scale contribution.

Are yoga mats provided?

Yes, yoga mats are available for use during class.
