🏳️‍🌈 Pull Together for Pride

Join us for Pull Together for Pride, a mock powerlifting-style lifting event and community fundraiser hosted at Brooklyn Strength Club. Lifters will take the platform for max deadlift attempts while members, spectators, and supporters come together for a day of strength, community, and Pride.

In between lifting sessions, we’ll run a midday bootcamp workout so anyone can get involved, even if you’re not stepping onto the platform.

All proceeds from the event will be donated to The Trevor Project, the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ+ youth.


Official Event Time 10:00am-1:00pm

Lifter arrival 8:45am for prep and warmup, time subject to change slightly


THREE WAYS TO PARTICIPATE:

🏳️‍🌈 Lifter Ticket – $30

Step onto the platform and test your strength in a mock meet-style lifting session.

Lifters will:

  • Take 3 attempts at a max deadlift
  • Choose trap bar or straight bar
  • Lift in a structured session with attempts called by weight

This event is best suited for experienced lifters with a barbell background.

Lifter spots are limited and will be capped.

🏳️‍🌈 Bootcamp / Ticket – $20 Bootcamp / $15 Spectator

Not lifting? Come train, watch, and support the event.

Your ticket includes:

  • Entry to the event
  • Access to the midday bootcamp workout
  • Spectator access to watch the lifting sessions
  • Vendors, raffles, and community activities

Whether you're there to work out, cheer someone on, or just hang out, you'll be part of a high-energy community event.
