Overview

This workshop explores the foundational practices of yoga, breathwork, and meditation as a way to meet the energy of spring.

As the body emerges from winter, it often holds heaviness and stagnation alongside a quiet urge to move. Our practice creates space for that transition, inviting warmth, circulation and clarity without forcing or rushing the process.

Throughout the workshop, participants are introduced to core principles that support confident, sustainable practice, building understanding alongside embodied experience.

What we’ll explore:

● Breath practices that warm the body from the inside and encourage energy to circulate

● Foundational yoga movements that gently clear stagnation and restore ease and mobility

● Simple meditation practices that help participants tune into sensation, rhythm, and inner awareness

All practices are taught with care and adaptability, welcoming all bodies and experience levels.

About the Facilitator

Tanya Tanaro is the founder of Rustic Heart Wellness and brings over a decade of experience in holistic wellness. Her work weaves together yoga, breathwork, meditation, herbalism, and aromatherapy to create accessible, nature rooted experiences that support balance, vitality, and everyday well-being. Tanya is a RTY 500-hour registered yoga teacher and trained herbalist, aromatherapist, and Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide. She is dedicated to creating welcoming spaces where people can explore mind–body practices in ways that feel practical, supportive, and easy to integrate into daily life.
