Is this event rain or shine?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sunday shows are rain or shine unless weather or site conditions are determined to be unsafe for performers, staff, or attendees, including lightning, severe wind, or other hazardous conditions.

Question 2

Can I bring my own chair?

Accepted Answer

No. All Sunday show seating is provided by the venue. Personal lawn chairs and outside seating are not permitted.

Question 3

Is seating included with every ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but table seating is only included with purchase of a table ticket. General admission does not include table seating unless specifically stated.

Question 4

Will food and drinks be available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Food and beverages will be available for purchase on site. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Bar is available for guests age 21 and over with valid government-issued photo ID.

Question 5

Can seating arrangements change?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Seating layouts and venue configurations may be adjusted due to ticket sales, safety needs, production requirements, artist needs, weather, or other operational considerations. No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to seating changes.

Question 6

Do I need a physical ticket?

Accepted Answer

Not if you purchase your ticket online through Eventbrite. A confirmation email will be sent after purchase, and admission may be handled through digital confirmation, check-in list, or will-call.

Question 7

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refund requests must be submitted no later than seven days before the event. If approved, refunds are limited to the face value of the ticket. Service and processing fees are nonrefundable.

Are tickets refundable if the show starts late, ends early, or the lineup changes?

Accepted Answer

No. Refunds will not be issued for weather delays, early endings, lineup changes, delayed start times, or other schedule adjustments.

Question 9

Will photos or video be taken at the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. By attending, guests grant permission for their image, likeness, and voice to be captured and used in event-related and promotional materials without compensation or further notice.

Question 10

Can guests be removed from the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Guests who do not follow venue rules or staff instructions, or who engage in unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behavior, may be denied entry or removed without refund.
