The Mirror of Love: Heart Healing Cacao Ceremony

A heart-opening cacao ceremony with guided meditation, mirror work, and emotional release. Come reconnect, heal, and choose yourself again.

Your heart remembers everything the love, the grief, the moments that shaped you. This ceremony is an invitation to soften, release, and return to yourself.

We begin with ceremonial cacao, a sacred heart-opening plant medicine that supports emotional clarity, connection, and presence. As you sip, you’ll be guided into intention—gently opening the space within.

From there, you’ll be led through the Museum of The Heart meditation—a deeply immersive journey through the memories, relationships, and experiences your heart has carried. You’ll be invited to witness what still lives within you, and to call your energy back home.

From this place of awareness, we move into the core of the experience:

🪞 The Mirror of Love

Participants will have the opportunity to step onto the stage and stand before a full-length mirror, meeting themselves with honesty, compassion, and truth. Through guided prompts, you’ll be invited to speak to yourself, release self-abandonment, and choose yourself again.

This portion is optional and held in a supportive, non-judgmental container.
