Outdoor Dog Yoga At Young At Heart

Young at Heart is a nonprofit organization providing senior dogs and cats with a safe havento ensure they live with comfort, compassion, and companionship in their golden years.Young at Heart specializes in rescuing "senior" dogs and cats from shelters where they are going to be euthanized, simply due to their age.  We rescue them, get them all the veterinary care they need, and then care for them for as long as it takes to find them a forever home. Over 1000 senior dogs and cats have found happily ever afters thanks to Young at Heart!  Events like these help ensure we can continue to save senior pets from being needlessly euthanized in area shelters, and give them a second chance they so deserve.

<p>Enjoy a yoga class in Peaches' Meadow with the beauty of nature and the senior dogs of Young at Heart in Woodstock IL. This exclusive one-hour yoga class in the beautiful natural play area at Young at Heart is followed by a 30-minute social with the senior dogs. Experience relaxing, gentle movements combined with breathing and posture exercises. No yoga experience is needed! Bring water and a mat or a towel. A ticket is required. If the class is canceled due to inclement weather, it will be made up on Saturday June 20th at 11:00am.</p>
