Sweat for a Cause workouts support organizations we and our members love. We donate all proceeds to the named organization, and we match donations up to a certain amount.

<p>All proceeds to <a href="https://www.tqnc.org/" title="https://www.tqnc.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Queer Neighborhood Council</a>, "a trans-led grassroots nonprofit fostering queer joy, advocacy, and arts for Greater Boston's LGBTQIA+ and ally community."</p><p>Workout is suitable for all fitness levels, so long as participant has been cleared for exercise by their doctor. Exercise modifications will be given.</p>
