Learn how to stretch your own mozzarella, then use it to build your dream pizza, culminating in a pizza dinner party with salad and wine.

It’s an all-out food extravaganza, combining our signature mozzarella making class with a pizza party. First, you’ll get hands-on with fresh cheese curds, creating your own high-quality mozzarella alongside a Murray’s expert. Then, you’ll get to build your dream pizza, topping dough with your just-made mozz and your favorite ingredients. We’ll bake your pie, and you’ll sit back, relax, and enjoy a dinner party with fresh-out-of-the-oven, handmade pizza, plus salad and wine.Duration: 2 hours <ul><li>Duration: 2 hours</li></ul><ul><li>Format: hands-on mozzarella &amp; pizza making with a Murray’s expert in our classroom, followed by a pizza dinner party</li></ul><ul><li>Includes: curds to make mozzarella, pre-made dough, pizza toppings, arugula salad</li></ul><ul><li>Beverages: red and white wine</li></ul> Additional Information In-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.During some of our classes, our content team and/or partners may be filming for social media purposes. By registering to attend and attending Murray’s Cheese In-Person Class, Tasting, or Catered Event ( each, an “Event”), I, and on behalf of any other attendee that I have registered for the Event (collectively, “We” or “Our”) hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages or personal injury, death, or property damage which we may have or which may hereafter accrue as a result of our attendance at or participation in the Event. This release is intended to discharge, in advance, Murray’s Cheese, LLC, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, members and managers and all other members of its staff whether contracted or employed, from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected to in any way with any participation at the Event. We agree and understand that our attendance and participation at the Event is voluntary and we assume risks associated with the activity in which we will be participating. If alcoholic beverages are consumed during the Event, we understand that this may increase our risk of injury and agree not to operate a motor vehicle if we may be over the legal limit. I represent and warrant that I am authorized to provide the aforementioned waiver, release, and discharge on behalf of any attendees that I have registered for the Event.
