During this curated experience, you’ll be led by the Estate's owner through the grand main house, the Jeffersonian pool house, and the expansive grounds that define River Run’s distinctive character. Along the way, your guide will share the story behind the estate’s creation, its inspiration, and the vision that shaped it into the landmark it is today.

As you explore, you’ll discover remarkable architectural details and design elements throughout the property—from stately columns and sweeping staircases to intricate stonework, thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces, and refined interior finishes. The estate reflects a blend of classical European influence and modern luxury, with each space intentionally designed to create both grandeur and warmth.

Event Logistics

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time
• Parking is available in the gravel lot on your left after passing through the gates
• We'll meet you at the front doors of The Estate at River Run
• After the tour, guests are welcome to stay for a few additional minutes to take photos or explore the grounds independently

• Please silence your cell phone during the tour
• Guests are asked to remain with the group throughout the walkthrough
• If you arrive late, you may join the group already in progress

Due to the intentionally small group size, no refunds or rescheduling will be offered. However, tickets are transferable if you wish to give your spot to someone else.
