Pure Praxis presents Bystander Intervention: Continuum of Harm, a powerful, theatre‑based training that reveals how seemingly harmless jokes, peer pressure, and normalized party culture can escalate into sexual or domestic violence. Professional actors will perform realistic scenarios that highlight how everyday choices and silence contribute to a continuum of harm. After the performance, facilitators lead an interactive discussion where participants explore alternative decisions, practice bystander intervention strategies, and collaborate on safe, effective ways to interrupt harmful behavior. Held in the Ballroom, this engaging, judgment‑free program empowers audiences to build confidence, challenge harmful norms, and foster a culture of accountability and prevention.
