Hi, I’m Shanice.I’m a learning experience designer, facilitator, and community builder who cares deeply about creating spaces where people can pause, reconnect with themselves, and reimagine what’s possible in their work and lives.My path here has been a mix of intention and curiosity. I hold a master’s degree in Health and Wellness from Tulane University and am a certified ICF coach, but more than anything, my work has been shaped by over a decade of designing experiences that help people move — not just think. Spaces where you can try things on, reflect honestly, and take meaningful action.I spent several years as a lecturer at Stanford University’s Life Design Lab, where I taught design thinking as a way of navigating life — not by having all the answers, but by experimenting your way toward clarity and purpose.Today, I’m the founder of Transcend-Thought, where I design and facilitate experiences that help people bridge the gap between ambition and well-being. Because I believe success should feel good in your body… not just look good on paper.At the core of everything I create is this: helping you come back to yourself, get curious again, and take your next step in a way that actually feels aligned.
