The Warm-Up: We begin with rhythmic mobility movements to prepare your muscles and joints for the dance ahead.
The Cardio Core: You will learn easy-to-follow, repetitive choreography that gets your heart rate up and keeps you burning calories while you have fun. Expect a mix of traditional Bhangra steps combined with iconic Bollywood dance flare.
The Cool-Down: We slow the tempo with rhythmic stretching, focusing on lengthening the muscles used during the workout to improve your flexibility and aid recovery.
