Yoga at Norbut Farm Mother's Day Weekend

Enjoy a slow-flow style yoga class at Norbut Farm.

Enjoy a slow flow style yoga class at Norbut Farms in Spencerport, NY. Depending on the weather, this class may be inside the greenhouse or outside. Either way, you'll feel like you're on vacation as you go from pose to pose surrounded nature. This class takes place on Mothers Day weekend, so we will dedicate our practice to all of the mothers and mother-figures in our lives.

After class, there will be time to relax, mingle, and wander the greenhose and visit the farm animals (weather depending) while sipping on a tropical farm tea sourced from the greenhouse and gardens.

All classes are beginner-friendly.

Please bring a mat or towel to practice on.

Wearing layers is recommended.
