In this small-group, phone-free gathering, you'll be guided through simple, experiential practices to support nervous system regulation and emotional balance — no prior experience needed.
You'll experience:
- Nervous system grounding exercises
- Guided sensory experiences, including mindful eating
- Self-compassion education and practice
- Reflective journaling for clarity and grounding
- Small group connection and sharing
