Life moves fast and many of us are living in a near-constant state of stress, overwhelm, and nervous system overload. This afternoon mini retreat is an invitation to step out of the noise, slow down, and gently come back to yourself.

In this small-group, phone-free gathering, you'll be guided through simple, experiential practices to support nervous system regulation and emotional balance — no prior experience needed.

You'll experience:

  • Nervous system grounding exercises
  • Guided sensory experiences, including mindful eating
  • Self-compassion education and practice
  • Reflective journaling for clarity and grounding
  • Small group connection and sharing
  • Introduction to Bach Flower Remedies — a gentle system of plant-based flower essences that support emotional balance and help calm the nervous system
  • Your own personalized Bach Flower blend to take home
  • A grounding meditation recording to keep

You'll leave feeling more grounded, refreshed, and equipped with tools you can continue using long after the afternoon ends.
