2026 National GrowTogether Conference Guided Tours

This inspiring two-day gathering of community gardeners and leaders nationwide will celebrate the power of urban green spaces and community gardening in NYC. These tours are part of the 2026 National GrowTogether Conference and Jane's Walk NYC 2026!

Join the New York Restoration Project's urban agriculture team for a comprehensive tour of our beloved <a href="https://www.nyrp.org/en/gardens-and-parks/riley-levin-childrens-garden/" title="https://www.nyrp.org/en/gardens-and-parks/riley-levin-childrens-garden/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Teaching Garden</a>. Learn about how we cultivate shiitake mushrooms at the largest outdoor log yard in New York City. And explore other interesting things growing in the garden, from ginger and turmeric to chayote and more. <a href="https://www.nyrp.org/" title="https://www.nyrp.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">New York Restoration Project</a> has been helping steward community gardens since the 1990s. For the last 5 years, they've provided technical assistance and educational support in urban agriculture.
