Enjoying a relaxing yoga class surrounded by the enchanting vibes at Birdie Books!

Ease into your morning with a peaceful yoga practice surrounded by the serenity of books. Join us for a gentle yoga class focused on mindful breathing, slow movement, and accessible stretches—designed to help you feel grounded, relaxed, and ready for the day.

This class will include seated, reclined, and standing postures, gentle transitions, and breathwork. Participants should be comfortable on the floor and be able to move between seated and standing positions. No prior yoga experience is required.

Event Details:

  • Time: 8:15–9:00 AM
  • Location: Inside Birdie Books
  • What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you prefer (blocks, blanket, bolster, etc.)

At 9:00 AM, when class concludes, you’ll be the first to enjoy everything Birdie has to offer—browse books as the store opens and stop by ReadMore Bar & Bakery for coffee and fresh baked goods.


Please Note: By registering for this class, participants confirm that they are physically able to participate and assume responsibility for their own well-being during the session. This class involves movement, stretching, and transitions between seated, reclined, and standing positions. Please move at your own pace and listen to your body.
