Can I bring kids free?

Yes! Kids under 10 are welcome to join for free. The beach is a great place to bring your kids to either join in for yoga, or hang and play while you practice.

Yes, there is a small hut at the back of the north parking lot with bathrooms.

Either a beach towel or old yoga mat, and dress is layers. When the sun is out it can get pretty warm! And of course if it's foggy, its still so beautiful at the beach, and layers are helpful- a cozy jacket and hat are recommended.
