Do your staff have a Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid Certificate?

All of our education staff and volunteers have Working with Children Checks (WWCC). Our lead educator has a First Aid Certificate.

Where do we meet?

The tour guides will be wearing Hi Vis vests and will meet the group at the Front Entrance to the Botanic Garden, near the cafe.

What if I am running late?

Please call Jaid on 0456 311 561 if you are running late and you can find us in the garden.

Question 5

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We are unable to process refunds, but a credit for future programs will be awarded for cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice.

Question 6

Are parents/carers required to attend?

Accepted Answer

All children must attend with an adult that is responsible for their supervision and care. This person may be a parent, carer, friend, grandparent, aunty, uncle, support worker, etc.
