  • Wanted to get into a regular massage routine but it's not in the budget?
  • Been so frustrated with your pain that you think that you need to just live with it?
  • Woken up and those first few steps you take felt like daggers in your feet?
  • Tired of that work from home life and sitting too much and you need some mid-day relief?

If you answered yes to any (or all) of the above questions, this is the workshop for you.

Imagine spending 2 hours dedicated to finding your 'body blind spots' while utilizing therapy balls as part of your movement regime for pain relief, recovery, and mobility.

The Roll Model® Method is a soft-tissue conditioning based self-care fitness format that uses grippy, pliable, rubber therapy balls for self massage, myofascial release and body awareness. Three different sizes of therapy balls will be utilized to target different areas of the body, allowing for an individual experience.

This workshop will empower you to take matters into your own hands and teach you how to address your pain on the spot rather than wait for a massage appointment, or be inconvenienced with multiple physical therapy appointments and give you a better understanding of how YOUR body works and moves.

All equipment will be provided (yoga mat, blocks, straps, therapy balls) but you are welcome to bring your own, and if you need a set of therapy balls special pricing will be available for all attendees.
