Join us for a scenic hike around Burke Lake, while enjoying facilitated deep conversations with prepared icebreakers and making new connections.Meet &amp; Greet (social warmup) at 11 amWe start hiking at 11:20 am.Don't be late, plan accordingly!Especially, if you are unfamiliar with the area.Put into GPS: Burke Lake Park Ice Cream Parlor (don't use Meetup app GPS, it may take you to the wrong location).Parking: Large parking lot in front of Ice Cream Parlor.❗Donation based: Please bring $5-$10 cash (to cover the cost of parking and hike permit I have to acquire from the County Park Authority).❗Park Entry Fee $12 Cash for Non-residents of Fairfax County. (They don't alwatys charge, but have it ready in cash just in case).It is Free for Fairfax Country residents, have your license out ready to show proof at the checkpoint.❗MEETING POINT: In front of Ice-cream Parlor. We will gather in front. We wait till 11:20 am and then we start walking.Trail entrance- face the Ice-cream Parlor and walk to your left about 100 m to enter the trail down the steps. Once on the trail facing the lake, turn left, lake should be on your right as you walk.<ul><li>All age groups</li><li>Hike is hosted by a <a href="https://lovedandfulfilled.com/" title="https://lovedandfulfilled.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">life &amp; relationship coach</a> and structured to encourage maximum of connections made.</li><li>Conversation icebreakers are provided to everyone to make starting a conversation easier.</li><li>This Hike is for Single People to maximize connections</li></ul>There might be a line of cars to get into the park, it is normal - as this event brings in a lot of attendees.Time: 11:00 am (Please be on time)Distance: 4.7-mile loop, it will take about 2 hours, we will make a few stops.Level: Easy/relaxed pace.
