Is this event really free?

Accepted Answer

YES! The Very Special Prom event is entirely free to our guests and their caregivers. However, registration is REQUIRED!

Question 2

Can someone attend the Prom without a caregiver?

Accepted Answer

No. Caregivers are a vital part of our Very Special Prom. Our Prom Volunteers are neither trained nor certified to assist guests with dietary and personal hygiene needs. Therefore, EVERY Very Special Prom Guest MUST be accompanied by a Caregiver.

Question 3

Do Caregivers need to register separtately?

Accepted Answer

Yes. EVERY person attending as a Guest, a Caregiver or a Volunteer MUST be registered.  If there are any necessary changes, please contact us by email at info@tcolprom.org. The changes will be made for you and you will recieve a new confimation for your registration through Eventbrite.

Question 4

Can someone attend BOTH Proms?

Accepted Answer

No. The reason that two Proms were created was to properly handle the large attendance for these Proms. Food, photography, flowers, and gifts have been organized based on the numbers at each Prom.
