TBA21–Academy e Sony CSL-Rome invitano artisti/e, ricercatori/trici e operatori/trici culturali a Ocean Space, Venezia, per un pomeriggio dedicato alle presentazioni degli/le artisti/e e a dialoghi interdisciplinari.Unendo arte, scienza, tecnologia e territori, Buen-TEK è la prima iniziativa di S+T+ARTS in Sud America. Si ispira alla filosofia e al movimento politico del Buen Vivir (Sumak Kawsay), che mette in primo piano modi di vivere in armonia con i cicli ecologici e la vita collettiva.Il programma prevede le presentazioni di tre artisti/e residenti del progetto S+T+ARTS Buen-TEK: Mari Nagem, Anthony Tandazo e Licida Vidal, il cui lavoro si concentra sugli ambienti urbani e marini di Ubatuba, Salvador e Fortaleza, tre città costiere del Brasile. I loro progetti aprono spazi di riflessione su come la ricerca transdisciplinare possa affrontare lo squilibrio ecologico, la disuguaglianza urbana e la trasformazione degli oceani attraverso forme di attenzione radicate nel luogo, nella reciprocità e nella sperimentazione. L'evento si terrà in inglese, spagnolo e portoghese (con traduzione inglese disponibile) --- TBA21–Academy and Sony CSL-Rome invite artists, researchers, and cultural practitioners to Ocean Space, Venice, for an afternoon of artist presentations and interdisciplinary conversations.Bringing together art, science, technology and territories, Buen-TEK is S+T+ARTS' first initiative in South America. It takes inspiration from the philosophy and political movement of Buen Vivir (Sumak Kawsay), which foregrounds ways of living in harmony with ecological cycles and collective life.The program includes presentations by three S+T+ARTS Buen-TEK resident artists: Mari Nagem, Anthony Tandazo, and Licida Vidal, whose work engages with urban and marine environments in Ubatuba, Salvador, and Fortaleza, three coastal cities of Brazil.
